組織病態医化学研究室

私たちの身体を構成する組織は、多様な細胞とそれらを取り巻く環境との相互作用によって、その構造と機能を維持しています。一方、こうした恒常性の仕組みが破綻すると、組織の構造や機能に異常が生じ、さまざまな疾患へとつながります。

私たちの研究室では、疾患で生じる組織の変化を手がかりに、組織の形成・維持を支える仕組みと、その破綻による疾患の発症メカニズムを明らかにすることを目指しています。

The tissues that make up our body maintain their structure and function through interactions between diverse cell types and their surrounding microenvironment. However, disruption of tissue homeostasis can lead to structural and functional abnormalities, ultimately contributing to the development of various diseases.

Our laboratory aims to understand the mechanisms underlying tissue formation and maintenance, and how their disruption leads to disease, by investigating pathological changes in tissues.
